This mattress has helped with my lower back aches. It’s firm enough for me and soft enough for my husband. I do notice the cooler feel on the mattress. It’s nice on humid and hot days.

When it arrived on my door step, rolled up and in a nice duffel bag, I couldn’t believe a queen size bed could be in there. Unwrapped and laid down, took about 4-5 hours to fully take form, and wow this bed is absolutely amazing. My back feels so much better in the morning. I even put a glass of water on one corner and jumped, and it did not fall down… 5/5

My wife loves the cooler temperature, which actually works. We sleep well every night. I am a side sleeper and sleeper with great comfort.

I upgraded to the Luxe Breeze Firm from my previous Rhapsody Luxe. I could not be happier. The mattress is just the right firmness. I was just telling my doctor this week that my hip and lower back pain is completely gone. I am so much more rested when I get up. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I literally jump out of bed in the morning. I highly recommend the Luxe Breeze Firm!

It is very comfortable

I was hesitant to spend so much $ on a mattress, but after justifying it based on the fact that we spend 1/3 of our lives in bed, I bit the bullet. Can’t say enough about how amazingly comfortable this bed it. Not too hot, which I had heard concerns about, and just the perfect amount of support and softness.

I bought a tempur pedic thinking it was the best on the market. I got the ProAdapt medium. When I first got it, it was too firm -nothing like the one I tested in Mattress Firm. The store mentioned I should walk over the mattress to make it softer which helped for some months; however, after a month away from home, the mattress started causing back pains again. I did as suggested before, but it does not work. Tempur Pedic will not take this as a warranty claim, so I am stuck with a product that cost me $3K+ and that is causing me back issues.

Simply amazing! Sink in to your body shape and sleep…this mattress keeps you cool and gives you a good nights sleep.

Mattress doesn’t adjust to my body well. Been waking up with back pain.

This is our 2nd Tempur-Pedic mattress. The first one was 14 years old and we finally decided to upgrade. We love the 7 degree cooling feature and purchased the pillows to match. We have this on an adjustable frame which makes it great for reading or watching TV. My biggest complaint is that I just can’t fall sleep on anything else…nothing compares! No pressure points, total support and comfort.

Not just the Products, but the Company as well!!!! We ABSOLUTELY LOVE the mattresses, and even more so the Company – people and policies behind it!! We have the TemperBreeze King, LuxeBreeze Max Cool in the firm variant and for Katy, Texas – it just is the BEST. Period. We have been TemperPedic users for over 12 years now, and this model line brings in the much needed cooling effect. Gone are the nights of sweaty backs – this really cools to the touch. Huge noticeable difference from other products and even other models. Aches and pains are gone – complete uninterrupted sleep and refreshed awakenings!! It really makes a HUGE difference. The company – people (sales and support, web chat etc.) and the policies are impeccable. Warranty claims are honestly handled in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Not too many companies around today can claim that. Pleasure to do business with them, you will come away happy and totally satisfied to spend your hard earned money on them! Just be careful – once you use this particular model or any of the Tempurpedic mattresses – there is ABSOLUTELY NO going back. Even during holidays away (hotel, resorts, cruises) and trips – we really miss our home bed/mattress and nothing even comes close. So, be aware 🙂 🙂 Any other mattress does not even compare. The other point is that – sometimes Tempurpedic uses XPO as a supply chain/delivery service and they are not the same as Tempurpedic pros. Maybe it is a temporary setup due to Covid19/Corona pandemic. I will leave it at that. Also, just a tad higher (especially if you use the adjustable base – highly recommend) than other older Tempurpedics and other brand mattresses, but we soon got used to it – bigger/higher is actually better. May be a minor issue with contemporary low profile beds and standard sheets fitting (holding when inclined) ……….. Otherwise – JUST PERFECT!!!! 6/5 stars!! Go ahead, take the plunge, water is just fine, you won’t regret it!!

We never felt like we wanted to spend that much money on a bed when we were raising our three children but once we were empty nesters we spent the money and our only regret is that we didn’t get it when we were younger. We love it!

Love it! It’s really nice to lay in bed and watch TV especially when it’s cold.

This is the second time I asked for guaranteed replacement because I am having the same problem. The mattress is good just for the first 2-3 years and then start deteriorating. It sags in areas where you make more pressure. Now they don’t want to replace it because they said it is ok. My back is killing me and my doctor is blaming the mattress and so do I. It is very unconfutable and I can’t sleep well anymore. They have a rare test using a coin next to broom stick but I am not sure how that will prove my mattress is bad in those areas where I laid my hip. It goes very deep there.

Purchased my first Tempurpedic mattress after I ruptured a disc in my low back, and that mattress helped tremendously in my recovery. So, when it was time for a new mattress (9 years later!) – Tempurpedic was the only one I looked at. With the new technology to keep it cooler, I’m amazed that such a great product could get even better!

SLEEP WELL, NO BACK PROBABLE, ENJOYING…….

My husband and I love this bed. Both of us used to wake up during the night and in the morning with severe lower back pain. We tried firm, soft, pillow top, mattress pads, etc. but nothing worked until this mattress. We sleep more soundly and feel refreshed every moving. Although the bed is very cool at first, I wish the mattress stayed cooler all night.

Do not buy their cloud bed in a box. It’s absolutely awful! Worse even than a Zinus you can get on Amazon for 1/5 the price. The “Cloud” (horribly inaccurate description) feels terrible, sinks with zero support, is hot like lava and will make you sweat even in the winter. The foam is rock hard when cold and loose like a sponge when warm with no support. So you fall asleep with arm/neck pain and wake up with lower back pain. It’s the worst of both worlds and truly horrible. I threw mine away after 7 months and will never make this mistake again. I also bought a mattress topper and that was even worse!! Tempurpedic products are NOT worth the money anymore. Also looking at the reviews on their site they seem to 95% be fake. Standard “cured all my back pain and felt like a Cloud! Don’t forget to buy our pillows and toppers too!”

I can feel the springs through the memory foam on this mattress. Unsure if it is defective or what. I am counting down the days until I can talk to them about taking it back. It’s so uncomfortable, I can’t even describe it. I’m waking up every day in pain, worsening with each night I sleep on this mattress. I have resorted to sleeping on the couch a few times. I sincerely regret going with a hybrid model, vs a non hybrid. The springs end up causing too much pressure on my joints. Just not for me I guess. I’m female, average height and weight.

The mattress is firm to support you but molds to your body perfectly. I am a back sleeper; the hubs is a side sleeper. It works for both! Don’t be put off by how solid it feels when you first sit or lay. It is like butter when rolling a cob or corn. It just finds your shape and gives in in essential places to leave no pressure points. I have diagnosed herniated discs and was offered surgery! I chose physical therapy and have made great progress. This mattress has made a huge difference in not being sore when I wake in the morning!

This product does what its advertised to do. Cool truly means cool. My wife used to turn on every fan she could to combat night sweats due to menopause. Not any more. This is revolutionary for us. We’ve never invested so much in a mattress like this but after only a few nights, we both can tell it is worth every penny. No more box springs for us. Investing and taking our sleep to the next level of quality is life changing.

Perfectly firm. No noisy springs or rattling slats of wood. I sleep longer at night and wake up less frequently. I love my Tempurpedic and would recommend it to anyone. Don’t even think about the price. It is worth every dollar.

Not a big cooling response. Not worth the money.

Since we got our new Tempur-breeze, we (along with our two dogs) sleep so soundly and peacefully, that it’s the sun coming through the window that wakes us up! before we got our Tempur-breeze there was a lot of tossing and turning, total unrest! Now we all wake up very well rested! We LOVE our new Tempur-breeze and tell EVERYONE that it’s the way to go!!!

I bought a Tempurpedic Breeze 7 years ago and it has sunken in so much that I can’t turn. I sent the company the pictures they requested and they refused to honor the 10 year warranty. They can refuse to honor it if they want and probably will. It’s all hype. There are a lot of mattresses now with the same features and feel that are as good or better. Yes it was comfortable but not worth the money I paid. I now need a new mattress but won’t buy Tempur-pedic anymore. Bad company and customers relations.

I bought a Tempurpedic Supreme Cloud Breeze. Within a year it developed sags and a hump in the middle of the bed. When I attempted to utilize the warranty they were unwilling to give me a mattress equal to the price I paid. I was told the seller did not properly itemize the receipt. So I am being forced to get a lesser mattress or pay more money. At close to $5K this thing is worth more than my first car. Next time I am gonna buy that purple mattress for $300. I feel completely ripped off. All I can say is never again.

Its like sleeping on the hardwood floor.

At first it was a little hard. I noticed a few aches and had to stretch a lot in the me morning. After a few weeks, I slowly forgot about those aches and noticed that when laying in bed I was sinking into a state of bliss. I feel like I’m sleeping in the clouds. Only thing missing is pillows. Will be purchasing those next.

I know people who own Tempur-pedic mattresses and sing their praises. I was more than a little skeptical that a mattress could be as good as they claimed. Chronic lower back pain and hip pain finally convinced me to place an order. I am now a believer! My back pain is entirely gone; my hip pain is 90 percent improved. The mattress is so good that I recently ordered Tempur-pedic pillows as well, an equally good idea. The white-glove delivery service (and old mattress removal) was wonderful; the delivery people were finished in fifteen minutes. I cannot recommend this product highly enough!

PRObreeze is not cool as stated!

This is the 3rd and best Tempurpedic mattress I have owned. My back feels better then ever

We have been a Tempur-pedic household for almost 20 years. We recently had a 9 year old tempur-pedic king mattress with a double adjustable base with massage. The motors have all burned out over the last two years so we decided to replace the base (July 2022, 4 months ago) with the newest model Tempur-Ergo smart base. They shipped us one king size base instead of the previous 2 twins. The king base has only one “U-bar” at the foot of the base to keep the mattress in place when you raise the head, instead of the two that the double twin bases have. This is a complete design flaw as one “U-bar” does not properly hold a king size bed in place. The mattress slides down, creating a large gap above the raised head and headboard where pillows then fall in the gap to the ground. Tempur-pedic will not swap or exchange the 4 month old base and will not do anything to prevent this from occurring. We’ve never had these issues previously and we’ve explained this many times to both Mattress Firm where we purchased it as well as Tempur-pedic directly. We also recently purchased a new bed and base for a family member for 6500 and still will not do anything. They have lost several life long customers forever as their customer satisfaction has completely gone downhill.

I have my firm mattress for 3 years. The middle of the mattress is sinking already. The quality is not that great and the price is too much.

Delivery and setup were a breeze. Quality of materials and look are top notch. I find myself not wanting to leave the unimagined comfort and support this mattress provides. I did not think that the mattress would have such sustained support, but it hasn’t let me down. The mattress does very well of dissipating heat and providing pressure relief all throughout the night, I wake up feeling more rested than ever. It truly molds to you without sacrificing support. I would have never imagined a compressed mattress with doorstep delivery could feel this good. Definitely worth the buy!

I absolutely love the bed, supportive yet soft where it needs to be, well-structured for side sleeping but also disperses weight nicely so morning hip/back pain is gone when back sleeping. I tend to change sleep positions because of years of undiagnosed apnea. I almost always fall asleep on my side but wake up randomly. Either way I can tell you I toss and turn much less than I think I ever have! Great bounce too, truly a multi-featured marvel. 5 STARS from me !!!! My wife on the other hand thinks it is not soft enough which is why I docked a star, but the every Tempur-Pedic I have had in the past has a breaking in period so I expect her to come around, The display in the store was definitely a bit softer than ours still is, but for me support is more important than softness, all memory foams are soft…

This bed is fantastic but it’s too hot with the Tempur-Pedi mattress cover that was suggested to come with it. Once I took the cover off my sleep instantly improved but now I am concerned about not having a mattress cover on my very loved and expensive bed.

We purchased a $6000 Tempurpedic bed after several recommendations from family and friends who owned one. My husband has back issues and we were told this would be a game changer. At first it was great. Slowly over the years it has developed ruts on each side of the mattress. Now it has become so uncomfortable that it is difficult to sleep on. I have filed a warranty claim, which has been denied and have contacted customer service. Customer service recommended purchasing a pad to put on top of the mattress. Really?!? I already spent $6000 on a bed & now you want me to buy more products!

I had to return my Tempur-Pedic medium bro because it hurt my ribs. I’m a side sleeper, and after 5 days it bruised my ribs and I’m having to use a heating pad off and on all day and take Tylenol on a daily basis.

Tempurpedic mattresses have a reputation as high quality for a very high price. Yes, the mattress is indeed a very high quality — I have never experienced as great a sleep in my life! I had purchased the Ergo adjustable bed with a mattress that stays cool; clearly, everything about the mattress and bed have been well thought through. With the adjustable bed, I was advised correctly that one needs extra-long fitted sheets (this allows room for the mattress to “bend.” So I called Tempurpedic to order two sets of sheets and paid $25 for express shipping so I could have them before the bed arrived. This is where it gets interesting, as Tempurpedic proved multiple times that it not only deserves its reputation for high prices, but it does what it can to charge the customer as much as it can. And I have total confidence that should an opportunity arise where the company can make an extra buck out of the customer, even if the customer has a reasonable request, Tempurpedic will do everything in its power to do so. First, Tempurpedic did not divulge anywhere that the sheets are commonly available sheets by DreamFit. The reason they don’t mention that is that they (on their website) make them sound specially formulated for Tempurpedic, and then they charge significantly more than DreamFit sheets that can be found elsewhere. Second, if you get the sheets, don’t open the package (because you see they are DreamFit) and want to return them, Tempurpedic will not take them back, treating them the same as if they had been opened and used (we all know used bedding cannot be returned, but not unopened bedding!). Third, when the bed arrives a few days after you ordered it, you will find a coupon in the bed that says, “Register, and then buy one set of sheets from Tempurpedic and get a second one for free!” Since I had no idea I would be getting this coupon and since I had wanted my sheets to be there when the bed arrived, I had ordered them in advance. When I called Tempurpedic Customer Service to get them to apply the coupon, they said I had to do that before I ordered the sheets, not after. Most stores would have simply credited me — I mean, why let a customer who purchased a bed for around $10K walk away upset about $100 for a set of sheets when the customer did the most important things Tempurpedic wanted: Buy the bed and mattress, buy the sheets, and register the bed, all within a few days of one another. I have no doubt that should something happen to the bed just one day after the warranty expires, Tempurpedic would be the rare company to say, “Too bad, the warranty had expired!” Bottom-line for a Tempur-pedic product: – Great bed – Very highly priced – Company that you never want to do business with Now, you need to decide what to do.

Finally got a full nights sleep and half the day. I used to move around and kick and stretch so much my boyfriend slept on the couch most night but now he says I never move in my sleep.

I normally don’t write very long or dramatic reviews, however, I feel this product deserves more. I have slept on my new Luxe Breeze-Firm for 3 nights now, and it has been the best purchase I have made in recent memory. I had my doubts even after laying on it in the store, but after spending hours on the new bed, I can’t believe how good it is!! My wife and I wake up feeling rested, what’s more, we don’t hurt or ache! I’m a big guy, about 6ft. 240lbs and have had two lumbar surgeries and the wife is more petite…but this seems to work for us both! I cringed as the prices, but after sleeping on it, I feel like everyone in the house needs one! Do yourself a favor and go with the Tempurpedic–your body will thank you many times over! I wish someone would let me do a commercial for this thing!

I currently own a Termpur Pedic mattress and love it. I love it so much that I wanted to order another. On Friday the 11th of Dec I ordered a mattress from their site. It was one of their top models with a cost in the $4,500 dollar range. Over the weekend I became concerned about purchasing the mattress without being 100% positive the mattress I ordered was the one I had laid on a couple years prior so I called the company to cancel the order. My first call was on the Monday following my order. I was placed on hold by the automated phone system. The message that they were having an unusually high volume of calls. I waited for over 20 min and finally hung up. I called the next day and received the same message. While waiting I found a online chat feature on their website. I explained that I wanted to cancel the order and was assured the person would send the message along to cancel. Later that afternoon I received an email that the order was shipping. I called immediately after receiving the email and again sat on hold for approximately 35 minutes. When the person answered I explained that I had canceled the order. They said they would cancel the order and credit my credit card. On the 16th they did credit my credit card account for the original debited invoiced amount. On the same day they also debited my account for over $4,500 an amount that did not match my invoice. The next day and another call. I explained they had credited the account but also debited the account. Again they stated they would take care of the matter. A week later and the charge was still on the card. I waited until after Christmas to call and try to get the matter solved. I asked to finally speak with a supervisor and asked the “supervisor” to contact someone in accounting. The supervisor stated there have been emails sent and they would take care of the problem. I asked the supervisor to write an email or call to get this resolved. I was told they do not have the capability to call anyone. BS. After more than a month 7 calls and 3 emails (which appear to go to bit heaven, I have never received a response) the matter is still not resolved. The customer service people will not escalate the issue. I called the Credit Card company to dispute the charge. I guess if the Credit Card company is unable to rectify the situation I will be contacting an attorney. I am amazed this is a publicly traded company. I worked in management for a fortune 50 company for over 25 years before I retired and I am flabbergasted at the quality of service provided by this company. I really love their mattress but there are to many competitors that produce similar products for less.

I spent $5,700 on a Cloud Breeze Luxe mattress and box spring (which is now discontinued). It was firm for about a year, then I started having lower back pain. I’ve been going to a chiropracter ever since. I’ve never had back pain before I purchased this mattress. I called Tempurpedic in May of 2019 to report the loss of firm support and back pain – and was advised to turn the mattress. I did so immediately and the bed felt much better and my back pain went away. However, this only lasted through mid-July 2019 and its been losing firmness ever since. Now, my back pain is right back to where it was before. Just to make absolutely sure that the mattress was the cause of my back pain, I sold (2) expensive Stressless recliners and then, bought the best orthopedic shoes. I also bought an orthopedic harness for wearing during the day which has helped. However, every morning my lower back really hurts, and I can’t wait to put on the back harness (medical device). I’ve eliminated all other possibilities for my back pain. Additionally, since the “turning” of the mattress had eliminiated my back pain for two and a half months, there can be no other cause for this problem. The memory foam is defective and is not supporting my back properly. The reason I bought the bed originally was for firm support. “The 10 year warranty” – a joke After submitting the warranty claim form, spending (2) hours taking photos, and speaking on the phone with their representatives, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the response I’ve received from Tempur-pedic. In my conversations with customer service, they tried shifting the blame to the retailer, but this is poor strategy considering the fact that the mattress is defective. I spoke to their Executive Director of customer service who was of no assistance whatsoever. I tried presenting every possible alternative to remedy this matter. However, she stated that the warranty does not cover defects regarding loss of support or deterioration of firmness within the mattress. She emphasized that Tempur-pedic bears no responsibility for such a defect. Additionally, she would not offer any options to settle this matter amicably. I tried explaining that defective products are outside the bounds of a warranty, and if necessary, the Federal Trade Commission can order a national recall. With this particular mattress, I believe such an action is warranted. If Tempur-pedic refuses to acknowledge the defective nature of this mattress, they leave me no choice but to file a legal action for: 1) consumer misrepresentation, 2) reimbursement of medical bills (over $5,000), 3) pain and suffering for a back-related injury, 4) loss of time from work, and 4) recoupment of legal fees. Tempur-pedic should be ashamed of how it treats its customers. I’m going to contact other complainants (who have filed on the internet) regarding the defective nature of the Cloud Breeze Luxe mattress. Additionally, I am considering filing a class-action lawsuit to make others aware (as well as the FTC) of the defective/deceptive nature of this product.

The quality of my sleep is so great now! The bed adjusts to my body throughout the night… support is provided in ways I did not think were possible. I wake up refreshed and with no more achy joints or back pain. I even stopped drinking coffee because I no longer need it! It’s just like sleeping on a cloud!

We tried this mattress out in our local Ashley Home Store and fell in love, despite the price tag we bought it. The mattress we received is WAY harder. It hurts my back and I wake up in more pain then ever. It really makes me miss my Nectar!!

I’ve had the luxe breeze for about four months, including during this sweltering summer. The breeze truly works. Modern day mattresses seem to form permanent “dips” almost immediately. Tempur-pedic does not. So comfortable, it’s perfect. And it gets even better as it “breaks in.” I only wish I’d bought one years ago. I can’t think of anything i don’t like or would change.

Greatest sleep ever!!! Worth every dollar.

Have had our matress for just a year now. Spent $4000.00 on it. Huge investment for us. Both my partner and I are now having severe shoulder and elbow pain. Cannot sleep on stomach so hard to get comfortable on our sides because of the shoulder stiffness and upper back pain now. Not happy with this expensive mattress.

Wish I had rethought about this high purchase!! Have had this bed for about a year watch up every morning with my back hurting!! The sales person told us never rotate your mattress that’s a lie if you don’t you have a hill in the middle just wish I knew then what I know now !!!

Ordered this “bed in a box” mattress with high hopes after we’d had an old, cheap mattress for years. My mom has a Tempur-pedic that my husband and I have always loved. It is advertised as a medium firmness. Fair warning – it is VERY firm when it comes in. After a month we were still stiff every morning, and I was about ready to give up and return the mattress. After 2 months we stayed out of town and we slept terribly and realized when we got home and finally slept well again, that we had adjusted to our Tempur-pedic and that we slept so much better on it than the other regular mattresses we’d been on all weekend. Took a while to adjust, but once we did we have really enjoyed the mattress.

Well…..where do I begin. I had two disc broken in my back due to a car accident 12 years ago and I purchased a pillow top mattress which was okay but I could never really feel rested when I got up. Then 7/26/20 I took a flying in the air fall leaving someone’s house and landed on my left shoulder tearing up my left rotator cuff and the left bicep. Now I really needed a bed that could help me sit up and prop up my left arm on a pillow and support my lumbar in my back. I tested the sleep number bed and it felt good on my back but not my arm. So I prayed and asked My Lord where to go next and he lead me to your store in Lyndhurst, Ohio. I live in Shaker Heights, Ohio. I arrived there 30 minutes before they opened and I went in Michael Stegmann assisted me along with Patrick and I had my bed delivered on June 5th. It has been a Match Made In Heaven every since

Since we are under 130 lb we basically are on the top of the bed. Feel real hard. We ended up returning it.

this matress i purchased for 3,200.00 from sleepys. 25 year warrenaty is a joke. my dad fell out due to the sides depressing and out u go. notified you all and no action. had to trash the mattress and purchase a different mattress but not a tempuredic.

I’m going to contact other complainants (who have filed on the internet) regarding the defective nature of the Cloud Breeze Luxe mattress. Additionally, I am considering filing a class-action lawsuit to make others aware (as well as the FTC) of the defective/deceptive nature of this product.

Purchased on-line, prompt delivery. Met all of our expectations. This is our 4th Tempur Pedic of various models we have purchased. We selected the Tempur-Cloud for our New Luxury RV due to it’s reduced height (10″). Fits perfect on the base and we know we will cherish the wonderful sleeping afforded us by Tempur Pedic mattresses. You can’t go wrong with Tempur Pedic…….!

This is my second mattress with Tempurpedic and I gotta say that I love it. This one is a bit stiff although I just bought it two weeks ago, definitely would recommend it to anyone that wants to have a good night’s sleep … It is very supportive, you don’t sink in, so no back or neck pain the following morning. I love it!! It is comfortable and I feel rested in the morning.

we have owned this mattress for 5 years, I have to tell you it can become difficult to watch TV on this bed because in about 5 minutes you will be sound asleep, on top of that the company stands behind the product 100%

Feels good sleeping on it, only if you had cooled off your bedroom prior to sleep and when your room temperature is below 72. In my opinion for that kind of money it has to have a much better breathability. Also, when we were moving it from one room to another, handles tore off. Very thin and flimsy bottom shell. About a year ago, my wife and I purchased the Temper-Probreeze and we absolutely love it! I’m one that puts out a lot of BTU’s when I sleep, with this beds cutting edge cooling system, not only does my wife notice, as do I, that my body heat is well absorbed/circulated with this amazing cool to the touch mattress. Sadly my wife also has back problems from a car accident she was in, when she was younger, now wakes up feeling rejuvenated with barely any back issues at all since we’ve purchased this mattress! Sure this bed may be a little pricey, but worth every penny, especially when you think about how much of our lives spend in our bed. I also strongly recommend a good base for this mattress, to have the options of moving from zero gravity, to simply moving head/legs, even massage features, really adds to this amazing mattress that just forms around your body like an Angel’s hug!

The first few nights I was not sure what I had done spending this kind of money on a mattress because it was hard as a rock but I walked all over it and over the last few weeks it does provide a good nights sleep. I don’t have any comparison on if this mattress actually keeps you cooler than others. I would not say I am sleeping hot because it is a hot time of year in Texas but I can’t say I am cold either. I have to sometimes take covers off to cool off during the night. Overall very happy with purchase.

I bought my mattress directly from tempur-pedic website, order number 918283350444. It took a couple weeks to be delivered. When the mattress was delivered, the plastic that covers the mattress was opened, closed with packaging tape and the plastic that covers the mattress has a lot of holes on it. The bottom line is: I bought a $4,500 mattress and I definitely have my doubts this is a brand new mattress. I am going to save this review and I will publish it in other websites. I will also contact BBB to report my concerns. I am not happy about my purchase.

Since receiving my new mattress my back pain is gone and I’m sleeping eight hours every night. It’s also great because when my wife wakes up in the middle of the night I don’t feel her moving the mattress at all

Cooling effect feels great at first but but it doesn’t seem to last very long. Even with cooling sheets and no comforter, we still sleep very hot.

Extremely comfortable but It took an entire month for the chemical smell to go away. And it was a very very pronounced smell, so we had to sleep in another room for 30 days. The cooling feature is definitely overrated. You can test this by leaving the covers on your bed after you get up. The body heat is still trapped under there half an hour later. So it’s definitely a gimmick and not worth the extra money. We bought the matching pillows, and they smelled even worse than the mattress. I can’t imagine that can be good for you. Not worth over $4000.

Took a little while to break in, but very comfortable afterwards

I am a senior who has bought my third Temperpedic mattress. I also bought their Temperpadic sheets with an extra strap to keep the sheets from sliding off of the mattress slipery top. These straps also get caught under the washing machine agitator and tear off. They continue to slide and bunch up. If you are arthritic it is a nightmare to re-make the bed each day. Having to lift the mattress and re tuck the sheets should be unnessary. Very poor design and I will not purchase another nor recommend Temperpedic. I suggest the company employ older people to test their products.

The bed offers a great sleep, but as for being cooler it is no cooler then a normal mattress.

Worst and most expensive mattress ever after only 6 months of owning a Tempurpedic! The warranty is worthless. You can only submit a claim if there is a visible sag with no weight on the mattress. The problem with our $5,000 mattress is that there is no visible sag. When you are laying on the mattress you sink into a huge crater. When you get up, the foam springs back. Both my wife and I have horrible back pain every morning. I’ve talked with Tempurpedic multiple times and it gets no where. Biggest waste of money ever. Research customer reviews on the Tempurpedic warranty!

Our experience has been a 4 on a 1 to 10 scale. Reason is that sleeping patterns have changed due to the material softening and keep in mind it has only been a month. Would not recomend to another person, and clearly not happy with the product.

This is our 3rd tempurpedic purchase over a 20 year time frame. The only compliant we previously had was the mattress was hot. I do notice a significant difference with this line. We also ordered a Purple and LEESA recently. Horrible mattresses!!! You get what you pay for as my husband says! Yes pricy but worth every penny.

We absolutely love the Temur-Pedic Luxe breeze. Best bed we have ever purchased. It keeps you cool at night. The only negative about this bed is the Split California King is very hard to make. It is a workout putting sheets on this bed.

I hate this mattress. Felt good and medium firm in store showroom. After sleeping on it for a few nights it softened up dramatically. Terrible sleep quality especially for side sleepers like myself. Overpriced piece of junk. Will never buy this brand again. I’m returning it for sure.

Quality is great. Gets a little hot as the night progresses

We have had our Tempurpedic Luxe Breeze Firm mattress for a month now and the best sleep I’ve had in years. The cooling effect really works as I don’t wake up any more in a deep sweat. I have a bad back, but waking up in the morning I feel great. Thank you, Tempurpedic for making the best Memory Foam mattresses on the market. A little pricey but well worth the $$$$.

I owned the original tempurpedic for 13 years. It was all heavy memory foam, it actually formed to your body. It gave me relief on pressure points from surgery’s. The new tempurpedic I purchased is lightweight and doesn’t feel at all like the original. Very disappointing, they cheap out on materials and charge more for their products. I do not recommend this brand to anyone and I would give them zero rating if they had that option.

It’s stuff and sleeping on it hurts my back. And now I have to pay 175 dollars to return it.

Sleep good at night and feel refresh in the morning. I love this tempur- probreeze medium hybrid.

Love the mattress, it does help to keep cool at night, but probably not as much as advertised. One criticism is that it’s a strange blue color that’s visible through most white mattress sheets.

Back in February I purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress from Metro Mattress. I found the mattress to be too firm, and I haven’t slept well since. I spoke to both Metro Mattress and Tempur-pedic and they suggested that I go into a retail center and try the softer version. I wasn’t able to do this because they were closed due to Covid-19. I called both parties prior to the expiration of the 90-day guarantee and was told that it was extended due to the fact that trying another mattress wasn’t an option. In hindsight I should have requested the softer mattress without even trying it, however I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time and resources in the event that it wasn’t going to be the solution to my sleep problems. Once the retail center opened in my state I went in and tried the softer version. I liked it a lot so I began to ask for a replacement. I was told this wasn’t a problem and that it would get taken care of. After months of getting mislead and bounced between the retailer and manufacturer, here I am in the same position. My contact at Metro Mattress keeps telling me that management will be in contact with me and that never happened. I was also told that it’s in the hands of the Tempur-pedic representative in the state that I live in, but I haven’t heard from them either. At this point I would like someone to simply state what they’re willing to do, if anything. It’s a shame to pay the premium that this brand carries, only to be lied to over and over again. I’ve submitted a customer service claim through the Metro Mattress website, but they haven’t responded. I’m also unable to find a corporate phone number for them on their website. I used to wake up with hip pain on my traditional mattress once I started sleeping on my Tempurpedic I slept longer and didn’t wake up with hip pain from the first night.

When I was purchasing the “Tempur-Pedic Luxe breeze firm” I was buying it due to the advertising that it would stay cooler after I laid on it for a few minutes and stay cooler for eight hours. When you first lay down on the mattress it will be as cool as the room ( I had mine set at 77 degrees) I checked this with a Raytec temperature gauge and the mattress was the same temperature as the room at 77 degrees. But within 5 minutes or less I could feel the heat, I then checked where I was laying and the mattress was then 89 degrees. I was looking for it to stay at 77 degrees at least but that didn’t happen. As for the mattress support I have found it very comfortable. I am disappointed with the fact that it does not keep you feeling 8 degrees cooler it doesn’t even stay at a cool temperature (same as the room) it gets warmer. The mattress I had prior to this one on this note was just as good (Tempur-Pedic Cloud). To me the 8 degrees cooler is hogwash. If you are looking a bed to be cooler after you lay on it don’t waste money on this very high dollar bed.

This is our second Tempur-Pedic and we love it as much as the first. We moved and bought a cheaper foam mattress but it wasn’t even close to as comfortable as our Tempur-Pedic. It was so nice that we could ship it right to our front door and it was ready to sleep on as soon as we unrolled it.

Service also not good advertising Hassan free return but while I am returning they charge $175 for return pickup which is too much they disclose price while sale other competitors not charge at all never buying again

This is our 2nd Temperpedic. We initially bought a Pro Adapt Soft, but discovered it was too soft. Exchanged it for the Pro Breeze Medium and it is wonderful. Our salesman Lance Madrid was awesome to work with and made sure we were ultimately satisfied. We love the breeze.

We had high hopes when we brought this mattress & base. We were hoping this would relive our pains & hotness we experience in the night. We had to add the topper which made us lose the coolness of the mattress which sucks so we could of went with a cheaper mattress if we knew that was going to be the case. We can’t get the topper in place on the mattress can’t keep the sheets in place on the mattress or now with the topper on it. Before the topper was added we woke up with lower back pain & hip pain now we don’t so that’s all the topper saved. We’ve had to get rid of using our nice expensive comforter & buy a lightweight blanket cause were so hot in the bed at night since we lost the coolest of the mattress with the topper. U must sleep with the base incline also in the mode sleep or u will wake up with lower & joint pains. For around $8k were had high hopes.

My wife and I bought this bed and have been amazed at how well we are sleeping. The comfort of the mattress and ability to adjust head and legs independently of each other allows for great comfort reading, watching tv and most importantly sleeping!

I purchased a very expensive temperpedic mattress and adjustable base and thus far, I can not find a comfortable sleep. My neck hurts, lower back pain, shoulder pain. When I sleep on my side, I feel my muscles being pulled. It has been ten days so far. Hope things improve

It’s been 5 years since I got my Tempur-Pedic mattress and it is still one of the best purchases I have ever made. For those wondering I bought those tempur-pedic pillows and it was a great addition! This mattress still allows me to perform at my best the next day no matter the challenges. Would recommend this mattress to anyone.

This bed is way to hard for me. I have tried it for over 6 weeks and it causes me all kinds of pain. I wake up with sore ribs and a sore, stiff back. I also have hip pain because I am a side sleeper. I am petite and weigh less than 130 pounds.
